You can permanently delete your VirtualDrive account from inside the app on any platform — no support email required.
On iPhone / iPad
- Open the app → Settings tab.
- Tap Account.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Re-enter your password to confirm (we re-authenticate before any destructive action).
On the web
- Sign in at
virtualdrive.us/app. - Click your avatar (top-right) → Account.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account.
- Type your email to confirm.
What gets deleted?
Within 30 days: every file, every shared link, every workspace you own, every audit log entry tied to you. We satisfy both GDPR and CCPA deletion requirements.
What if I'm on a paid plan?
Deletion cancels your subscription automatically. Any time remaining on the current billing period is forfeit — we don't pro-rate refunds for self-initiated deletions. For App Store subscriptions, you must also cancel the auto-renew in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, otherwise Apple will keep billing.
If you're the owner of a shared workspace, deleting your account also removes that workspace and revokes its members. Transfer ownership first if other people are relying on it.
